Meals on Wheels: Provides a variety of home-based services that enable frail elderly and disabled people to maintain as much independence as possible in their places of residence. Services for the Elderly: Provides in-home care, support, and social services to the aged and disabled who are chronically and or acutely ill. Travis County Emergency Assistance Program: Provides services to individuals to attain/maintain self-sufficiency.
