  • Bring in CAN's work with Social Equity
  • **Have leaders go through this process (Brainstorming re: cultural barriers, etc)**
  • Watchdog (program) that raises issues when agencies/individuals in leadership are doing things wrong, as well as when things go right)
  • What's done wrong/right
  • A cultural/experiental awareness for policy makers (Tx. Alliance on Human Needs)
  • Moving fund (extra $$) to organization that are doing this
  • Having data analysis unbiased such as teen pregnancies-look at whole picture (subcommittee of HP2010)
