Family Eldercare

Family Eldercare is a volunteer-based organization that utilizes volunteer resources to improve the quality of our programs and services. Volunteers assist our staff with advocacy, direct care, money management and serving the needs of low-income frail seniors and people with a disability. Our volunteer staff consists of Pro Bono Attorneys, Guardian Advocate, Bill Payer, Administrative and Special Event volunteers supporting the Summer Fan Drive and Holiday Gift Drive.

Discover how you can make a difference is just a few hours a month. More than 50 elderly or disabled people are waiting for you to volunteer as a Guardian Advocate or Bill Payer volunteer!

As a Volunteer Guardian Advocate, you will be visiting an elderly or disabled person who has no involved family. You will assist our staff in advocating for their well being in local nursing and group homes.

As a Bill Payer Volunteer, you will be visiting an elderly or disabled person and helping him or her with writing checks and bill paying.

As a Pro Bono Attorney, you will be assisting Family Eldercare with Guardianship, Estate Planning and Money Management services.
