CAN Leadership for 2007

Chair of the Community Council
Patricia Dabbert, AISD Business Partner Liaison, Austin ISD
The Community Council is the community voice and oversight body made up of consumers of services, professionals, issue area experts, service providers, general community reps., and members of CAN partner organizations. The Community Council acts as a bridge between the CAN and the community.
Chair of the Resource Council
David Balch, CPO and President, United Way Capital Area
The Resource Council is the policy/decision making body made up of senior leadership and representatives from each partner organization plus three members of the community-at-large. The Resource Council provides strategic direction and governs the overall operations of the CAN.
Chair of the Administrative Team
Sherri Fleming, Executive Manager, Travis County Health & Human Services & Veterans Services
The Administrative Team is the implementation body made up of executive level managers from each partner organization. It advocates for agreed upon CAN strategies by providing leadership, staff support and sponsorship.
